The Bun's Almost Cooked to Perfection!!

I'm not one for pregnancy pictures but I figured I have one with Caden, so it was only fair to have one with Keegan too.. So, this is me at 36 weeks -we are on the home stretch and I can't wait for it to be over!! I just want to hold that little man.

This is how excited Caden is about being a big brother. He cracks me up - but at least he's excited - it could be worse.. We were getting ready for my doctor's appointment and he was so excited.

But soon the excitement fades and this is what it turns into. A sleeping boy on the way to the doctors. But he's oh so precious when he's sleeping.

- Who does the dishes? I do - He will help as long as he doesn't have to unload the dishwasher.

- Who cooks dinner? Neither one of us - ok, we actually take turns but I'm not really a cooking person. Poor Caden, it's a good thing he likes cereal.
- Who drives when you are together? Jay always does! He's such a gentleman.
- Who is more stubborn? Yikes, we both are about certain things.
- Whose parents do you see the most? Both - we are lucky enough to live close to both our families.
- Who proposed first? Jay

- Who has more siblings? I do - I have 5 and he has 4
- Who wears the pants in the family? Ha Ha - We both do - we always make our decisions together.
- What makes you melt about your husband? EVERYTHING! I love the fact that he adores Caden just as much as Caden adores him! They are definitely father and son!!

Date Night

For Christmas Jay and his brothers got all of us girls a massage. So on Saturday afternoon we all took our turns for a nice, relaxing massage. (except for poor Kristina - she was the one giving the massage!) And boy did I need that! I think Keegan enjoyed it too because it put him right to sleep. After our massages, the guys all left to "run an errand." When they came back they had Caden pass out a rose to each of us girls. Then each of the boys came in carrying a dozen roses for us! I know, aren't they sweet!! Here is Jay and I with my flowers - they're beautiful babe! I love 'em!

Then we all enjoyed a nice dinner at Ah So. I love that place.. Except I think we pooped Caden out. He crashed in my arms and slept right through dinner - poor kid!! After dinner the"kids" enjoyed a nice round of goofy golf! Unfortunately I didn't feel like carrying my camera while I played so I wasn't able to document our good times - maybe next time..

I love Sunday's

Ever Sunday we get together with my family or Jay's family for dinner. This week was Jay's family and we decided to meet at Joel's house for dinner and then some basketball at the nearby park. I love that we get to see our families on Sunday's and have a such a good time.

Caden finally getting to dunk it. He was so mad that he was too little to reach the hoop. But Uncle Shane took care of that for him.

He finally convinced Kristina to take him to the playground to play on the slide.

Here are the boys livin' it up on the basketball court. I love that they can get together and play and actually have a good time. Yeah for family!

My Little Soccer Player

Caden learning how to dribble.. He loves soccer so much(thank goodness) so we love to take him to the park and play. He's almost got the dribbling thing down - and he's gonna be a lefty!

Now I remember why I love having kids - they crack me up. Seriously, life would be so dull without them. Caden and Maizee were having a grand 'ol time together one night while the Daddy's had male bonding time.. Unfortunately I think Caden was teaching Maizee some bad habits - like climbing into and out of the crib. But it was hilarious to watch them hard at work climbing in and out of that bed. I love their "cheese" face! They are so darn cute!!

Maizee was trying so hard to climb into the crib like Caden, but she couldn't quite get it. I'm sure she will real soon (sorry Meredith!)

And here the funny kids decided to push each other in the doll stroller. Since strollers are something new for Caden, he thought it was the coolest toy and decided he could sit in it too.. So he and Maizee took turns pushing each other around the kitchen. Oh, how they crack me up!
